Elizabeth Hudson Berry

Elizabeth Ann Hudson Berry, age 64, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, December 20, 2013. She was a lifelong resident of Ooltewah. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ruth Hudson. Elizabeth graduated from Ooltewah High School in 1967 and she was a hairdresser for over 40 years. She attended Maple Grove Baptist Church.

Survived by brother David (Lynn) Hudson of Ooltewah; sister, Deanne Hudson (Jim) Morgan of Harrison; two nieces, Jenny Lewis and Cindy (Chuck) Underwood; two nephews, Bobby (Lesley) Morgan and Corey (Melora) Morgan; several cousins and special cousin, Jan Hudson; uncle, Lawrence (Pat) Hudson; seven great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 7 PM at Chattanooga Funeral Home Valley View Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Dotson and special friend Steve Wolfe officiating. Active pallbearers will be Denny Moore, Steve Wolfe, Bill Weatherford, Larry Davis, Bobby Morgan, Corey Morgan and Richard Heck. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 23, 2013 from 4 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home. Private burial will be held on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at Ooltewah Cemetery.
