Preceded in death by his father Clarence Wallace Payne.
Survived by his mother Eunice Myers Payne of Dayton, Tennessee; one sister, Janet Jones (husband James Jones) of Dayton, Tennessee; children: Katrina Hall (husband James Hall II) of Ohio, Hab Wallace ( Jay ) Payne of Tennessee and Michelle Clark (husband Brent Clark) of New Tazewell, Tennessee; several grandchildren including Brittany Jackson of Chattanooga, Tennessee; one niece of Dayton, Tennessee and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 2:30 PM at Chattanooga National Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
