She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Donald C. Broyles and was the daughter of the late Reginal P. and Ruth Mercer. She was also preceded in death by her sister Betty Hughes.
She was a lifelong member of the Tyner United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Suzanne (Michael) Brock and Donna (Edward) Bacon all of Harrison; four grandchildren, Christie (Stephen) Case, Jason Goodner, Allison (Christopher) Brewster, Seth (Denver) Denham; six great-grandchildren, Madelyn Case, Kalyn Case, Ashlyn Case, Talan Goodner, Madison Brewster and Logan Brewster.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Tyner United Methodist Church with Pastor Stephen Case and the Rev. Charlie Harrison officiating. Interment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The body will lie in state at the church from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Saturday.
