Samuel Lenn Otto passed away peacefully while his hands were being held by his father and his nurse at 2:02 am on Sunday September 14, 2025 in the NICU at the Baroness Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN.
Born on Sunday August 24, 2025, Samuel was the son of Jonathan and Joelle Otto. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lysandra Joelle Acre Otto and great-grandparents Vernon and Betty Calloway.
He is survived by his father, Jonathan Otto, grandparents: Kevin (Judy) Otto, Jim (Jo) Acre, aunt Rachel Otto, uncles: Benjamin Acre, Alastair (Maranda) Acre, Brendonn (Paola) Acre, and Mikey Acre, and great-grandparents Fred (Jackie) Acre.
The family will receive guests 2-4 PM Thursday September 18, 2025 at Chattanooga Funeral Home, Valley View Chapel 7414 Old Lee Hwy. Chattanooga, TN 37421.
A graveside service will follow visitation at 4:30 PM in the Collegedale Memorial Park.
