Billy is survived by siblings, Roy D. Hart and Marcia Hart Watterson, nephews, Hal Watterson, Elijah Watterson; niece, Kelsea Watterson; great nephew, Yuriah Watterson; cousins, Tracey Parker and Renee Parker, a multitude of friends and his fur babies, Maggie & River.
A graduate of Tyner High School C/O 1982, Billy’s early years were spent working as a professional restaurant manager at several major chains including TGI Fridays and Cracker Barrel. Prior to his death he worked at Dakota Concepts of Hixson and was of Protestant faith. Billy enjoyed boating and loved all types of gardening, especially his cherished roses.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 pm on Saturday May 17, 2025, at Chattanooga Funeral home, Valley View Chapel, 7414 Old Lee Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
The family will receive friends prior to the celebration of life from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm in the funeral home parlor.
