Christine Olszewski

Christine (O'Brien) Olszewski, age 62 passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025., leaving a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories. She was the devoted wife of Warren Olszewski Sr. and loving mother to Warren Olszewski Jr. (Kristy). Christine was also a proud and adoring Umma to her grandson, Greyson Olszewski. Preceded in death by her late parents Lawrence and Diane (Maher), O'Brien Sr.

She was the cherished sister of Lawrence O'Brien Jr. (Leenie), Colleen Fulkerson (Brian Sr.), and Kathleen Thompson (Dion Sr.), whose bond was strengthened by years of love and support.

Christine’s life was enriched by her role as a cherished aunt to many. She was deeply loved by her nieces and nephews: Larry III & Erin, Adam, Angie, & Pork, Amanda, late Amber-Jean, Andrea, and Dion Jr. Her affection extended to her great-nieces and great-nephews: Freya & Ryker, Liam & Erin, and Emery, Everett, Emersyn, Steele, & Shane, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Christine will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Visitation for Christine will be on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM., at Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 West Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638. Chapel service will be on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 West Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638.
