Hlavaty, 82, of Chicago, IL; passed away Sunday, November 25, 2012; beloved husband of the late Ruth nee Quinn; loving father of Susan (Michael) Hlavaty-Holmes and Janet (Michael) Hlavaty-LaPosa; cherished grandfather of Mark, Jason, Theresa, Marina, Olga, Ludmila, Alyona and Elena; dear brother of Ruth, Eleanor, Delores preceded in death by James, Charles, George and Gerald; brother-in-law of Lottie; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
