Viola Evangeline Lukacik

Viola Evangeline Lukacik, nee Middlestead, 90, of Garfield Ridge, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021 in the comfort of her home. Born in Bismarck, North Dakota, she was the daughter of the late John and Emily Middlestead. She was the loving wife of the late Peter Lukacik. Viola is survived by her sisters Bertha Hoffman and Violet Lillestol; sons, Gerald Lukacik of Muskogee, OK and Randolph (Nancy) Lukacik of Mint Hill, NC; grandchildren, Tim (Jossie) Lukacik, Sarah (Toby) Tsai, and Melissa (Brad) Canipe all of North Carolina; great-grandchildren, Trevor and Natalie Tsai and Piper and Beckett Canipe; her devoted caretaker, Cat Century, and many more loving family and friends.
