

Raised in Chula Vista, Anthony attended Berean Christian Academy, Halecrest Elementary, Bonita Vista Middle, and Eastlake High School. He played Little League baseball, Senior League baseball and was the starting Varsity catcher all four years of high school. He also played catcher at San Diego City College.
As a young adult Anthony worked many jobs and for the past 20 years operated his own business, RV Sunblocks and Shades. He also involved himself with instructing young kids in the fundamentals of baseball and coaching throughout the years.
Anthony enjoyed the outdoors, recreational sports, camping, traveling in his RV, and visiting parks throughout Southern California. He loved music, art and movies but above all he loved spending time with his family and friends sharing laughs.
Anthony is survived by son Anthony Joaquin, daughters Delia, Natalia, Alessandra, parents Jess and Lupe, brothers Jess Ill (Yvonne Pacheco) and Marco Steven, sister Laura (Angel) Carbajal.
maternal grandmother Abigail Martinez, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Anthony will be greatly missed and the memories of him will remain in our hearts forever.
A celebration of life for Anthony will be held Friday, November 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, CA 91910.
