Estela Cervantes

Mexico, on October 20, 1933 to parents Jose and Estefana Castro.

Estela married the love of her life, Ruben Cervantes, on April 10, 1953. The couple was blessed with four children; Ruben, Jose Rogelio, Elvia and Estelita.

Estela loved to care for her family, always making them a priority by providing a loving home and great home cooked meals. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Estela was predeceased by her husband Ruben Cervantes and young daughter Estelita Cervantes. She is survived by her two sons; Ruben Cervantes Jr. and

Jose Rogelio Cervantes, as well as her daughter, Elvia Cervantes Borjorquez. In addition, her legacy is continued by her nine grandchildren; Ruben III, Mauricio, Ricardo, Rogelio, Norma, Ninerva and Fernanda Cervantes, as well as Maria Estela and Daniela Borjorquez. She also has one surviving sister, Rosa Castro.

A visitation and celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, California 91910. A Rosary will be prayed on that night at 7:00 p.m. On Monday, January 9, 2017, a funeral mass will be held at
