Felix moved to San Diego around 25 years ago and settled in National City. A viewing will take place for him on Thursday, April 11th & Friday 12th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey and a Catholic Prayer service on Saturday, April 13th at 1:00pm in the Serenity Chapel.
