Isabel G Romero

Born June 26, 1931, in Hollister, California, to Jose Godinez and Maria Sanchez, Isabel was one of six children. She peacefully fell asleep on May 8, 2025, just shy of her 94th birthday.

She is lovingly remembered by her children: Rose, Larry, Nancy, Penelope, Linda, John, Sally, and Mary. She was preceded in death by her beloved sons, Robert, David, and her husband Jose. She is survived by her brother Raul.

Isabel’s legacy includes 33 grandchildren, 63 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

To some, she was “Mom,” to others, “Grandma.” Her warmth, wisdom, and joy continue to live on in every life she touched. We will always remember her for being a hard worker, not afraid to get her hands dirty. She left a lasting imprint of unselfish love, always willing to help others, and sharing whatever she could. It’s her love we’ll miss the most— steady, unconditional, and always there when we needed it.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 24th 2025 at 3pm -Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s witnesses.
