JOSEPH PETE BAARS March 28, 1991 to Oct. 10, 2010 Joseph was born in Yokosuka Japan. He graduated from High School at Bonita Vista High School and Kaplan College. He enjoyed playing paintball, travelling and hanging out with his friends. Joey is survived by his parents Randy and Apple and his sister Chrissy.
