Philip H. Slaughter, Jr. of El Cajon passed away on April 16 at the age of 72 years old. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Hiroko Slaughter, son Shane P. Slaughter, daughter-in-law Kristin Slaughter. Philip was born in North Carolina to Philip Slaughter, Sr. and Malline LaFontaine both from North Carolina. Phil joined the United States Navy and learned how to work on airplanes.Over the years Philip loved to restore old Planes and was involved with the San Diego Aerospace Museum for many years. Philip will be missed by all who knew him.
