Ramon S Leano

Ramon S. Leaño, 77 years old, of San Diego, California, passed away on October 10, 2016. He was born in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico on February 1, 1939. He married Maria Yolanda Fernandez on July 20, 1968.

Ramon worked in various types of construction. His niche was working as a Foreman in Carpentry and being a member of the Carpenter's Union.

In his free time Ramon had a passion for baseball and fast pitch softball. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Ramon was predeceased by his daughter, Minerva Leaño. He is survived by his spouse, Maria Yolanda Leaño, his six children; Jose Ramon Leaño, Jose Eduardo Leaño, Cynthia Bonwell, Juan Manuel Leaño, Berenice Leaño and Ramon Angel Leaño. In addition, his legacy includes fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A visitation and celebration of life service will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, California 91910 on Sunday, October 16, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 2020 Alaquinas Drive, San Ysidro, California 92173 on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at La Vista Memorial Park in National City, California.
