Ruben Rodriguez Quicho, age 90, passed away on Tuesday April 30, 2013 in the city of San Diego, California. He was born on March 15, 1923 in the Philippines, where he grew up with his parents Lorenzo and Rogación along with his brothers and sisters. He worked 40 years as a radio operator for the Philippine Communications System. Ruben also was in the military service, as a Technical Sergeant for the Philippine Army and was discharged in 1946 from the United States Army Western Pacific as a Chief Radio Operator; he served during World War II.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey on Monday May 6th from 5 to 9pm in the Serenity Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be at St. Charles Catholic Church on Tuesday May 7th at 10am, located at 990 Saturn Blvd, San Diego, California 92154, burial to follow at La Vista Cemetery, National City California
