Willie Clifton Wilson Sr. of Lakeside, passed away on May 9, 2015. He was born in Erick Oklahoma on November 11, 1927 to Simon and Lurena Wilson, the 6th of 10 children. He attended San Bernardino High School, and left early to join the U.S. Navy during the 2nd World War. He married Barbara J. Wilson and they were blessed with three children and sixty-six years of marriage. Willie had a career as a general manager for a local water conditioning company which spanned over 45 years. His dedications in life were to provide the best care for his family and work hard at his career. With the little spare time he had left, he was passionate about growing a vegetable garden year around. He also was a member of Toastmaster's International.
Willie is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Jean Wilson, his three children, Sandra Jean Noonan, Willie C. Wilson Jr. and Stanley Ray Wilson.
His legacy includes ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
