Coralie was born in Florence, Colorado to Emma C Grabin and Harry A Dowler. She was a longtime resident of Alameda, CA, but moved to the Sacramento area after the passing of her husband, Thomas W. “Buck” Phillips. Coralie was blessed with seven children: Tom Phillips, Twyla Farley, Trent Phillips, Terrie Walker, Todd Phillips, Tonja Kearney and Tricia Friend. She was loved by twelve grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held September 15 at 11:00am, at Antelope Springs Church, 4555 PFE Road, Roseville, CA.
