

Jasper Estes, born on August 21, 1942, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents,, James and Helen Estes as well as his second wife Christine Estes, brother James Estes and sisters Mary Kertzman , and Kathy Estes.
Jasper is survived by his sons, Richard and William Estes, along with four stepchildren. He also leaves behind a legacy of love through his six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A proud veteran, Jasper served his country honorably during the Vietnam War. In his earlier years, he dedicated time as a scout leader, helping guide and inspire young people with patience and wisdom.
Jasper had a deep love for the outdoors and found joy in nature whenever he could. He was a builder at heart—someone who loved creating and working with his hands. He welcomed challenges and took pride in seeing projects through, no matter how difficult they seemed.
He will be remembered for his resilience, his creativity, and the lasting impact he made on those around him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the lives of his family and all who knew him.
A Funeral Service will be held at Reichert's Funeral & Cremation Services, 7320 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, US, on May 18, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. A Committal Service will follow at Newcastle Rocklin Gold Hill Cemetery District, 850 Taylor Rd, Newcastle, CA 95658, US, on May 18, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
