Lois passed away quietly in Fair Oaks at the age of 87. She is survived by her loving husband Troy, and three beloved children, Larry Hedrick (John), JoAnn Dougery (John), and Lisa Reller (Joe). Adoring grandmother of Joshua Reller (Tina), Jacob Reller, Sarah Bishop (Heath), Kayla Reller, Rebecca Wagemann (Ian), and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by three stepdaughters, Kathy Garrett, Barbara Garrett, and Linda Holaday.
Born Lois Martin in Hollywood, CA, she married William A. Hedrick in 1949 and moved to Sacramento in 1950. She resided locally for the remainder of her life. Married Troy Garrett in 1970. She was an active member of Christ Community Church and its Life With Spice group.
Memorial service and reception will be held at Christ Community Church, 5025 Manzanita Ave, Carmichael, on Saturday, March 26, at 1:00 P.M. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or the ASPCA in honor of Lois Garrett.
