Pamela Ann( Blackburn) Bell passed peacefully away on July 3, 2011 at her home in Citrus Heights, CA She is survived by her daughter, Tawny Moyer, son-in –law, Phillip and grandson Easton, her mother, Mavis (Mickey) Blackburn, father, Ralph, step- mother, Cheryl , brother, Loren and numerous aunt, uncles, cousins, and nephews. Pamela was born on December 30, 1961 in Amarillo, Texas. She moved to Chico, CA. when she was 2 years of age. Shorty after she found herself living in Yuba City where she lived the majority of her youth making friendships that would last her a life time. She graduated from Lincoln Elementary School in Yuba City, CA and attended Oakmont High School in Roseville, CA. She was a production supervisor at DST and retired after over 20 years of service.
Pamela always appreciated her friends and often spoiled them with her loving generosity. Her animals were her constant companions and the loves of her life. She enjoyed the simple things in life like working in her yard, decorating her home and short weekend trips to Sutter Creek or the ocean. Pam was an amazingly strong woman with such grace and courage. Her passing is devastating to her loved ones. She will be forever missed but always have a place in our hearts.
