Born February 9th, 1937 in Oklahoma City, passed away peacefully on November 18th, 2021 at the age of 84. Royce is predeceased by his parents Richard & Irma Rowland and his brother Reginald Rowland. Son-in-law Charles Beasley. Royce is survived by his loving wife Audrey of 66 years, son Royce Jr. (Sabrina), daughters Sherri Ware (Murry) & Brenda Beasley. Grandchildren Corinne Rowland (Christian Deras), Jody Nied (Jeremy), Adam Lyon, Jessica Childress (Justin), Brielyn Barfield. Three great grandchildren Christian Deras, Cambria Deras, and Grayson Nied, and many nieces and nephews. Royce proudly served in the United States Air Force for 4 years as a radar technician. Funeral services will be held on December 7th at 10:30 AM at Reichert's Funeral and Cremation Services, afterward graveside service will be held at Sylvan Cemetery district, 7401 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95610 at 1pm.
