Tammy Christine Patterson was born in Garden Grove, Orange County, California on March 2, 1958 to John Shannon Patterson Sr and Naoma Eunice Leatherman. She passed away on February 21, 2025 at 66 years old.
Tammy is survived by her older brother, Fred (Charles Frederick Patterson, Sr) and her aunt, Audrey Stewart. She also is survived by 21 nieces and nephews, 46 great-nieces and nephews and numerous great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Naoma Patterson, as well as siblings Irma Gay, John Jr, Thomas Richard, William Andrew and Robert Berlin, and nephews John III and Bobby as well as niece Cinthia.
Tammy graduated from Villa Park High School in 1976. She went on to attend college and work in fabric stores to support her love of sewing. A few years later she was employed at Pacific Bell Telephone Company and worked there for many years.
She moved to Sacramento County in 1996 and took care of her mother until she passed away in 2003. She loved to spend time with her friends and family and will be dearly missed.
