Elliott grew up in Chinatown. He was married to his wife Helen for 58 years and made their home in San Francisco’s Richmond District. Elliott began his career as a draftsperson and then worked for Chevron for over two decades. After he retired, Elliott taught free Tai Chi classes in Golden Gate Park. His most recent joy was as “Yeh Yeh” to his three young grandsons.
Elliott is survived by his wife Helen; his sons Alan and Aaron; his two daughter in laws; and his three grandsons. He will be loved and missed dearly.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Aug. 14 at 2pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home (1000 El Camino Real, Colma, CA).
