

He was born October 9, 1956 at Holloman Air Force Base in Alamogordo, New Mexico to parents Royce and Julia Moore.
Rodney worked at the Big Spring Refinery for 31 years. He was a scuba diver with over 500 ocean dives and also loved hunting and fishing. Rodney was a Christian and was baptized at the young age of 10 years old in the Westbrook Baptist Church.
Rodney is survived by his wife Allen Moore of Westbrook, a son Ross Moore of El Paso, a daughter Andrea Lee and husband Robert of Westbrook, grandchildren Autunm Rivera and Seth Rivera, and a great-grandson Christopher Rivera. He is also survived by his sisters Roxann Rich and husband Gaylord of Alto New Mexico and Pandora Violette and husband Charles of Alto New Mexico and by a nephew Sterling Violette also of Alto.
He was preceded in death by his parents Royce and Julia Moore.
A funeral for Rodney will be held at the First Baptist Church of Westbrook on Thursday, March 21st at 11 am with Robert Chambers officiating, burial will follow in the Westbrook Cemetery. Following the burial the church will be providing a meal for family and friends.
The family will be present for a visitation on Wednesday, March 20th from 6 pm to 8 pm in the Kiker Seale Funeral Home Chapel.
