

She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on June 25, 1965, to Robert Lee Scribner and Dorothy Louise Murphy.
Liz was a smart woman, who loved to learn. She spent her school years in Brownwood and graduated from Brownwood Highschool. After high school she went to Sweetwater Technical Institute where she was the first woman to get her manufacturing degree and start to work in the field. While in college she met the love of her life Gary Bailey who she married in June of 1992. Even after graduation she continued to learn by doing many online courses, almost going to work as a online teacher. She was a great wife and mother, not only to her son but to any child, cat, or dog who needed her help. In her spare time, you could find her on her computer or hands deep in one of many crafts.
Liz is survived by her husband Gary Bailey of Big Spring, by a granddaughter Natalie Rush and her mother Caitlin Rush, by a grandson Jaxston Rush and his mother Katie Lee, and by sisters Betty Reigle and husband Edward of Brownwood and Louise Scribner of Brownwood. She is also survived by her brother-in-laws Ricky Bailey and wife Teresa of Loraine and Danny Bailey and wife Joan of Big Spring, and by sister-in-laws Melody Morris and husband Mike of Loraine and Kathy Bailey of Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert Lee Scribner and Dorothy Louise Murphy, by her son Johnathan Rush, and by her brothers Gary Scribner and Robert Lee Scribner Jr.
A private burial for Liz will be held in the Loraine Cemetery at a later date.
