He was born on September 22, 1975 in Colorado City, Texas to Eddie and Rita Weatherly Stephens.
He was a man with a unique personality to say the least. His biggest joys in life were his children, whom he would do anything for. Laston was a hard worker, but that did not stop him from letting loose and having fun once in a while. His favorite activities were fishing and camping.
Laston is survived by his three children; Damion Huff of Colorado City, Texas, Barrett Stephens of Colorado City, and Sera Stephens of Colorado City, and by his grandchild Hunter Huff. Also surviving is his father Eddie Stephens, a brother Jubal Stephens of Colorado City, and his sister Amber Reid and husband Shawn of Big Spring.
He was preceded in death by his motherRita.
A funeral service for Laston will be held on Saturday, August 20th at 10 am at the Kiker Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Jackie Breim officiating.
A the family will be present for a visitation from 6-8 pm Friday, August 19th.
