Patricia Jean White

She was born on July 12, 1940 in Hutchinson Kansas to the late Floyd and Ruth Cooper Eisiminger of Partridge Kansas.

Patricia was a hard working woman who loved her family and her community of Loraine with all her heart. She spent her life working for Colorado ISD in the cafeteria department. After she retired from the school district in 2017 she joined the city council in Loraine where she held the position of Mayor from 2019 until she moved to Roscoe in 2020. She was a resident of Loraine since 1983 and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Loraine for many years. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling and going camping. One place in particular that she loved to travel was back home to Kansas where she would help with harvest and keeping the hands fed.

Patricia is survived by a daughter Valerie Pruitt and husband Virgil of Roscoe Texas, by a son Mark Segraves of Washington D.C., and by a step daughter Barbara Jones and husband Duane of Hutchinson Kansas, as well as by grandchildren Keegan, Brittany, Ashley, Logan, Finn, and Jeff and by 5 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her fur baby Precious, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene White, by a son Gene White, and by a sister Ernestine Sivils.

The family will be holding a visitation on Wednesday, August 25th at the Kiker Seale Funeral Home of Colorado City, Texas from 10-11 am, after which there will be a procession to the cemetery in Loraine for a graveside service with Deacon Ronald Kimbrell of the Sweetwater Church of Christ officiating. Pallbearers will be Keegan Pruitt, Josh Flores, Reggie Spencer, Jacob White, Ashley White, and Randy Dennison.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregiver Rose, to the staff of Hoyt Place, and to Interim Hospice, the kindness and love shown to Patricia in her time of need will be remembered fondly.
