Mrs. Shelby White, age 75, of Colorado City, died Wednesday night in a local care center. Services will be at 2 PM Friday, September 20, 2013, at New Life Bible Ministries with Rev. James Williams officiating. A private burial will follow in the Colorado City Cemetery under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mrs. White was born March 4, 1938 in Gastonia, NC to James and Ruth Jenkins Boone and had been a resident of Colorado City since 2001. She was a member of the New Life Bible Ministries and a homemaker.
She is survived by 4 sons: Kevin Creech of Colorado City, Grover Creech of Ohio, Jerry Mack Creech of Midland and Rodney Glenn Creech of Odessa; 2 sisters: Brenda Moore and Maxine Dannheim both of Colorado City; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
