He was born on September 19, 1988 in Sweetwater, Texas to Dennis and Melinda Martinez Pfeuffer and spent his entire life in the area, having graduated from Colorado High in 2007. Zach was a young man with a heart of gold. He loved God, family, community, and everything life had to offer him. He truly knew no stranger and if he saw that somebody was without something that they needed, he was fast to be there if he could to help out. Zach had a laugh that would light up the room, and everyone knew it was him. When he was around he was the life of the party, making people laugh every chance he got. While he loved his job chasing rigs, Zach’s biggest passion was driving, especially the drag strip. At any point day or night he would be willing to be his brothers Uber Driver if needed, or take anybody or anything where it needed to be, unless he suspected ghosts to be around. He would even make long distance road trips for people hot-shotting things anywhere in the country, so long as he was behind a wheel. In his spare time, when he wasn’t driving Zach enjoyed listening to music, collecting knives, shooting guns, and being with his family.
Zach is survived by his Parents Dennis and Melinda Pfeuffer of Colorado City, by a special young friend who he loved like a daughter Jacelyn Velasquez, by his brother Landon Bryce Pfeuffer and girlfriend Ashley Stone of Loraine, by his nephew Hudzyn Spade Pfeuffer of Grandbury, by a niece Sophia Stone of Loraine, and by a niece who is on the way Stoni Pfeuffer. He is also survived by his grandmother Janie Pfeuffer of Colorado City, and by his best friend who was like a brother Edgar Ventura.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Santiago and Rafela Martinez, by his paternal grandfather Daniel Henry Pfeuffer, and by best friends Dustin Espinoza, Willie Davila, and Nadia Ventura.
