COLUMBIA - A funeral service for Arthur G. “Mose” Fleming, 80, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, with burial in Olympia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2017, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Mr. Fleming passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017. Born on February 3, 1937 in Columbia, he was a son of the late Arthur McGowan Fleming and Annie Nunn Fleming. He was a graduate of Olympia High School and was a lifelong resident of the Olympia community. He was a devoted father and husband for 59 years, as well as an avid outdoorsman. Arthur was a member of Gantt Street Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Fleming; children, Deborah Fulmer (Johnnie), Arthur Fleming, Jr. (Melissa), David Fleming (Audrey), Traci Bullock (Keith), and Michael Fleming (Michelle); ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters; and two brothers.
