WEST COLUMBIA - A memorial service for Barry Daniel Hoover, 55, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Mr. Hoover died Sunday, September 4, 2016. Born in Richmond, Va., he was a son of the late Frazier Benjamin and Mary Elizabeth Leonard Hoover. Surviving are his brother, David Brian Hoover (Kimberly) of Clayton, N.C.; sister, Laura Hoover Norris (Dwight) of Mt. Pleasant; two nephews and four nieces.
