COLUMBIA A graveside service for Diana Edwards, 73, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2022 in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6:00 p.m. Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel.
Ms. Edwards died Friday, July 8, 2022. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Reginald Grover and Juanita Mae Pennington Knox. She was a retired civilian employee with the S.C. Army National Guard who enjoyed gardening and quilting.
Surviving are her daughter, Tensly Howard; grandson, Jack Howard, both of Sumter; brother, Raymond Knox (Marguerite) of Hopkins; and sister, Theresa Meetze (Jacob, Sr.) of Williamston, N.C.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
