COLUMBIA – A visitation for Irene Perez Olivella Phillips, 75, will be from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2020 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Burial will follow at 5:45 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Phillips passed away Monday, March 2, 2020. Born in Santa Marta, Colombia on October 20, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Quintin Perez and Carmen Rosa Perez Olivella.
Surviving are her children, Martha E. Hamrick, Lee Myers, Hellen M. Phillips, and James Phillips; five grandchildren, Jaden L. Myers, Christopher T. Hamrick, Scott A. Hamrick, Alexander C. Phillips, Olivia G. Myers; sisters, Julia Castro Olivella, Odasis Perez Olivella, Maria Del Carmen Perez Olivella; and brothers, Luis Miguel Perez Olivella and Jaime Perez Olivella. She was predeceased by her sister, Libia Rosa Perez Olivella and brothers, Raul Perez Olivella and Reyes Perez Olivella.
