COLUMBIA - A funeral service for Norma Lee Sharpe Ritchie, 91, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 16, 2026 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ritchie passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Born in Columbia, SC, she was the daughter of the late Perry Lee Sharpe and Margaret Lillian Goodman Sharpe. She attended Olympia High School and worked for 40 years at Sears as an office assistant. Norma was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and working in her yard. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her son, Edgar Ritchie (Paula); daughter, Hope Ritchie Dyson (Gerald); daughter-in-law, Alana Ritchie; grandchildren, Meredith Ritchie Kesler (Zach), and Russell Ritchie (Madison); and great-grandchild, Rhodes Ritchie.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Harvey Edgar Ritchie, and son, Dana Lee Ritchie.
