COLUMBIA - A funeral service for Patricia Ann Faile Coleman, 86, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2025, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Coleman died Thursday, April 17, 2025. Born in Rock Hill, she was the daughter of the late James Cedric and Naomi Crenshaw Faile. She worked for many years as a salesclerk at J.B. White Department Store. She was a member of First Baptist Church and attended Bethel United Methodist Church.
Surviving is her son, John Robert Coleman Jr. of Columbia; daughter, Elizabeth Wechter (David) of Blythewood; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Michael Burns of Irmo; brother-in-law, Sonny Chunn of Irmo.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John Robert Coleman Sr.; daughter, Wendy Anne Coleman Burns; sister, Carolyn Chunn; and grandson, Jonathan Coleman.
The family wishes to thank NHC of Lexington for the care during her final months as well as Lexington Hospital and Prisma Health Baptist.
