Robert William Madison

Robert William Madison died on April 20, 2023 of natural causes. He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Madison; daughter, Dawn Walker; son, Mark Madison; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

With the eyes of his heart wide open, Robert, (Bob) Madison viewed the world and all people as friends, when he looked into your eyes you felt ÒmetÓ and seen right where you are. Bob cared deeply about others and his Christian faith led him to share that faith and love by creating a bible study class that met for 30 years, he was loved by many.

Bob was a successful financial advisor and life insurance agent but one of his deepest joys was photography, hiking and traveling to experience the wonders of National forests all over the U.S. He studied photography with many National Geographic photo journalists and became and outstanding photographer.

Bob had an unshakable faith, he believed love is the only reality, not a mere sentiment but the ultimate truth and that all our times are contained in something bigger, a space that is Mercy, Love and Joy. This fullness becomes a new space, a vast gentle wildness in which all possible outcomes, hopes and dreams are already contained and mysteriously fulfilled.

He was greatly loved by many and deeply missed.
