Born in Newark, NJ, to Stephen and Rose (Spack) Sipko, Beverly grew up with a deep appreciation for family, tradition, and the simple joys of life. She later married her best friend and soulmate, James B. Schaefer, with whom she shared a lifetime of laughter, partnership, and devotion until his passing in 2017.
Beverly had a remarkable eye for beauty and history. She found joy in the world of antiques—especially vintage glassware and linens—and she delighted in giving forgotten treasures a new story.
She is survived by her son Dennis of Loudon, NH; her granddaughters Amanda Viljanen and her husband Larson of Manchester, NH, and Nicole Schaefer and her fiancé Kyle Mosher of Somersworth, NH; and her cherished great‑grandsons Kash Mosher and Oliver Viljanen, who brought her endless pride and joy.
No public funeral service will be held.
