Carl is survived by his wife, Patricia Bernard of Concord, NH, his children, Pamela Bernard of Maryland, Peter Bernard of Delaware, and Philip Talbot of Raymond, NH. He is survived by his sister, Judith Briggs of Londonderry, NH, and his brother, David Bernard of Hooksett, NH. He is predeceased by his sister, Elaine Auger of Manchester, NH.
A graveside service will be held in Carl’s honor on October 2nd at 12:00 PM at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH.
