

Born in Rochester on July 2, 1953, she was the daughter of Theresa and Robert Hodges who are predeceased.
She is survived by her son Kyle Kip Garvin, her brother Stephen Hodges and wife Cindy and children, as well as Kip Garvin and Melanie Macneill and her lifelong friend Peter Thomson along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
Deb received her Associates Degree from McIntosh College and was employed by the State of NH Dept of Education and then Highway Safety for 42 years before retiring. She was the President of Women In Highway Safety and organized many conferences across the country.
She loved her home in Hopkinton, being with family, gardening, sewing, cooking and traveling. Deb was an exceptional Mom to Kyle and his many friends and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 16 from 4-8 at Bennett Funeral Home in Concord. A graveside burial will be held in the Spring at the Center Strafford Cemetery.

Deb will be remembered for her kind sweet nature, her love for family, her great cooking, her amazing fleece blankets and her contagious smile right up to the end.
