

Douglas Natale Miniutti, 84, of Concord passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Concord Hospital. He was born in Concord on May 24, 1928 a son of Natale and Mabel (Rugo) Miniutti. He attended Concord schools and was a lifelong resident of Concord where he lived worked and raised his family.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1953.
Following the military, Douglas worked 38 years for Rumford Press until it closed. He later worked at St. Peter’s Church before his retirement.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles#613, VFW#21 and the Royal Order of the Moose. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling and cooking for groups. He was a longtime parishioner of St. Peter’s Church.
He was predeceased by 3 sisters, Arlene Miniutti, Phyllis McGarrigle and Joan Beauchesne and a brother, David Miniutti.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patricia (Hoar) Miniutti of Concord, a son, Douglas Miniutti, Jr. and his wife, Carol of Burleson, TX; 2 daughters, Susan Cataldi of Dallas, TX and Cynthia Murphy and her husband Mathew of Goffstown, NH; a brother, Rudolph Miniutti of Clearwater, FL a sister, Estelle A. King of Concord, NH; 7 grandchildren Douglas Miniutti III, Kimberly Patmon, Christopher and Jennifer Cataldi and Rose, Joseph and Daniel Murphy. 2 great grandchildren, Ashlyn and Aisley Patmon and nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 23 at Christ the King Parish at St. Peter’s Church, 135 North State Street, Concord. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the N.H. Association for the Blind, 25 Walker Street, Concord, NH or to The National Parkinson’s Foundation, Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 5018, Hagerstown, MD 21741
