
PEMBROKE, NH—Lillian M. “Bunny” (Brightman) Entwistle of Pembroke, NH, who celebrated her 85th birthday on April 16th, died Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Concord Hospital. She was the widow of Harold R. Entwistle.
Bunny was the daughter of the late James D. Brightman and Lillian M. (Davoll) Brightman. Born in New Bedford, MA, she lived there until she and her sister Eunice moved to New Hampshire in 2003.
Survivors are a daughter, Diane R. E. Johnston and her husband Stephen of Pembroke, NH, and a son, Jeffrey P. Entwistle, and his wife Donna, of Green Bay, WI and five grandchildren: Joshua S. Johnston and his wife Kathryn Salines-Johnston of Quincy MA, Jennifer D. Johnston of Godfrey, IL, Matthew J.H. Johnston of Alameda, CA., Naomi R. Johnston of Pembroke, NH, and Taylor H. Entwistle of Chicago, IL.
She was predeceased by her brother, James D. Brightman, Jr., and three sisters, Eunice M. Peterson, Helen E. Key, and Ruth Rebello, who died on April 28, 2012.
She was a member of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, MA, and First Church of Christ, Scientist, New Bedford, MA,
Bunny enjoyed knitting sweaters and afghans for her family. She loved her cat Junie B. and her favorite dog, Ike.
