Betty Jean Rosenbalm Bolton, age 73, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Catawba County on Thursday, January 29, 1953, to the late Minton and Pauline Rosenbalm.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Bolton.
Betty loved to spend time with her family and she cherished her grandchildren. She liked to be creative and enjoyed writing and coloring. Betty loved butterflies and any shade of purple.
Those left to cherish Betty’s memory are her daughters, Paula Lail and Kendell Bolton and her five grandchildren, Tori, Tanner, Landon, Ayden, and Noah.
A celebration to honor Betty’s life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to her children.
The Bolton family has entrusted funeral arrangements to Drum Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Conover, NC.
