In addition to his father, Dean was preceded in death by his sister, Jennifer Lyda.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Georgie Stewart Lyda; sons, Aaron Lyda, Dean Lyda Jr., and Caleb Lyda and wife Bobbie; brothers, Ronnie and Donnie Lyda; grandchildren, Destiny, Jeremiah, Dontae and Zachariah Lyda.
The family will be receiving friends at 11 am prior to the service.
A celebration of life service will be held at 12 pm Friday, December 29, 2023 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Catawba with Pastor Michael Daniels officiating.
