In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by grandparents Lois and Preston Mundy and Earnest and Susan Hefner.
She is survived by sister Sandra “Sandy” Hefner Sipes and husband, Foy; nephews Bradley Joe Chandler and Dustin Foy Sipes and wife, Jessica;
great-nieces Madison Brooke Chandler and Norah Maple Sipes; and beloved cat, Cody.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Drum Funeral Home in Conover with Rev. Naomi King officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:30 p.m. until 5:45 p.m.
