Born June 10, 1964 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of Ned Eugene and Marolyn Herman Sipe. She was an assistant pre-school teacher and secretary at Trinity Baptist Church. Julie was the perfect mother, wife, friend, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and cousin.
Julie was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Herman Sipe.
Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Alan Eugene Klutz; sons, Addison Mark Klutz and Austin Charles Klutz and sister, Tina Elizabeth Sipe.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Conover. Rev. Scott Bollinger and Rev. Robert H. Shoffner will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:45 p.m. at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church.
