Alfred Roy Brenholts Jr.

Alfred Roy Brenholts, Jr. was born on Oct. 1, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio. He died from cancer on April 23, 2018 in Conroe, Texas. Alfred graduated from the Columbus Academy and from Harvard College in 1967. He served in the Marines. He also attended business school at the University of Denver. He moved in 1971 to Conroe, Texas to work with his father at the family-owned Stitt Spark Plug Company and has worked there for the past 47 years. He loved jazz and classical music, books, newspapers, traveling, and eating good food. He is preceded in death by his brother, George, and by his parents Heloise and Alfred Brenholts, Sr. He is survived by his sister, Susan, his nieces, Georgia and Lucy, and the employees of the Stitt Spark Plug Company who have always been an important part of his family.
