Anne Elizabeth Smyrl was born on March 8, 1950 in Borger, Texas to Elmer and Marion Crain Hazlett, and passed away on May 2, 2013 in Conroe, Texas at the age of 63. She was preceded in death by her father Elmer Hazlett. She is survived by her mother Marion Hazlett of Borger, Texas, by her daughter Kellie Williams and husband Christian of Wailuku, Hawaii, by her son Jeff Smyrl of Conroe, Texas, by her grandchildren: Jannah Smyrl, Madeline Williams, Ava Smyrl, Chance Williams, and Ella Smyrl, by her sister Carol Miles of Crestone, Colorado, and her three brothers: David Hazlett of San Diego, California, Bud Hazlett of Fredericksburg, Texas, and Alan Hazlett of Borger, Texas. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Thursday May 9, 2013 in the Cashner Colonial Chapel at 3pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Baptist Church The Woodlands.
