Helen Conley Hinze, 77, of Spring, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2025. She was born on October 16, 1947, in Chelsea, Massachusetts, and carried her New England roots with her throughout her life.
Helen was a passionate sports fan, always cheering on her beloved Boston teams — the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots, and Bruins. Her enthusiasm for the game was matched only by her loyalty, and anyone who knew her could count on spirited conversations about the latest scores and seasons.
A woman of faith, Helen was a devoted member of StoneBridge Church in The Woodlands, where she found community, strength, and purpose. Her warmth, humor, and unwavering spirit left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
Helen will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Helen Williams; brother, Thomas Williams Jr.
Helen is survived by her husband, Billy Hinze; children, Sheila Michaels, Charles Michaels, Karen Michaels, and Brian Michaels; grandchildren, Steve Michaels, Keith Michaels and Diandra Michaels; as well as numerous step children and step grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025 beginning at 2:00 Pm at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas.
