Henriette Emilie Davis was born in Rengat, Sumatra, Indonesia on April 23, 1934 and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at Conroe Regional Medical Center from complications during heart surgery at the age of 76. She lived in April Sound, Conroe, Texas for many years. Henriette was an elegant and beautiful lady who loved family, fashion, gardening, and events with the April Sound Ladies Association.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Duane Davis, and her daughter, Inge Nanette Davis. Henriette is survived by her daughters, Eve Davis and Noni Davis Mrok and husband Erik; grandchildren, Cleve Bettis and wife Tina, Wesley Bettis and wife Brooke, Michelle Kobata, Bianca Underwood, Nichole Foster and John Reece Mrok; great grandchildren, Londyn and Elyn Bettis; brother, Jacobus Jurgens and wife Linda Lee; and sisters, Irene Jurgens and Bea Jurgens. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. A celebration of life ceremony will be held at a later date.
